seriously @MicrosoftTeams you couldn't have designed less user-friendly meeting links even if you tried, right? they're SO HARD to work with: copy, paste, send in emails... bloody mess, half of the time the calendar doesn't recognise them
How is it possible that a huge enterprise application like Microsoft Teams just... doesn't work half the time? What even is that.
slack huddles work ok for audio and screen sharing. don't think there is any conferencing capability that always invites outside of workspace though.

Its weird how Microsoft Teams just doesn't really work and everyone is fine just carrying on using it,
ok so zoom was way better than incumbents bc of latency
but now we need a zoom competitor to pop up with WAAAAAAY better UX

Google is good at many things but Google meet sucks
Which group videoconferencing solution doesn't totally suck, apart from MS Teams? With arbitrary participant sharing screen, no problems with headsets, etc. Discord sucks, Telegram sucks, Google Meet sucks, Slack's Huddle sucks
Google Meet is fucking abysmal!
It’s actually worse than web-Zoom, I think? It constantly locks up in Safari, or chucks me out of the video, and says “You lost your network connection”. I have a 900Mbps internet connection! I definitely have not!
